Andes Mints Mousse

If you ever have last minute company heading over and need a quick, easy and impressive dessert look no further. This dessert was so decadent and delicious you and your guest will love it, and they will think you spent hours preparing it. Try to keep these two main items on hand for the next time you need to whip up an amazing dessert.

2 -3.1 oz. Mousse Mix (Dark Chocolate)
1 - 4.67 oz. Andes Crème De Menthe Thins
2 C. - Milk

Pour the milk into a mixing bowl and then add the mousse powder, with an electric mixer beat on low speed just until thick. Whip at highest speed for 5 minutes, set aside in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours. While the mousse is chilling unwrap the mints and cut them into smaller pieces, when the mints are all cut set aside about 2 tbs. to use as garnish. After the mousse has chilled stir in the mint pieces and fill either 8 small dessert cups or transfer to a large serving dish. Garnish with the remaining mints and enjoy.
