FREE Cook Book... For Our 100th Post

OMG….. I can’t believe that it has already been our 100th posting, WOW how times flies when you are having so much fun. I truly enjoy sharing my thoughts and recipes with everyone that stops in to read our blog, even more I enjoy reading all of yours and seeing the fabulous food you have to offer. I am so happy that my sister-in-law Cheryl made the suggestion that we should join her and all of you in the sharing of such great food. I can honestly say that here in the Dunkin house we have not eaten the same thing twice since we have started this food adventure, having this blog makes us want to cook more outside of our box along with doing some tried and true family favorites. That being said my husband and I would like to share our 100th posting with all of you in the form of a FREE Cook Book Giveaway. Starting tonight 2-5-09 and running through Sunday 2-8-09 at 6pm Pacific Standard Time everyone that leaves us a comment on our site answering the question of “ What is your all time favorite thing to cook” (feel free to share the recipe but not required) we will randomly pick a winner from 1 to however many comments we get. That lucky winner will receive a free cook book from us in the mail, if you would like to enter but are not part of the bloggers then simply e-mail me your answer & your name to mdaniels1986@yahoo.com. We will post the winner of our little contest Monday night 2-9-09; I can’t wait to see all of your answers.

I'm fairly new to your blog, but I've already found some great recipes.

One of my favorite recipes to make is Spaghetti Pie. Here's my version: http://itsaboutfoodfamilyandlife.blogspot.com/search/label/Spaghetti%20Pizza%20Pie

Favorite one ... that changes from season to season, but the recipe that is staying with me throughout the year is the no-knead-bread recipe that i have tweaked to make it even simpler, i do everything in a bowl and sometimes i make more dough than i need and i refrigerate it and just use chunks of it when needed, either for bread or for pizza. :)

Oh... this is easy! My favorite thing to make is blueberry pancakes. Every Sunday, without fail, I make them for my wife and I. Our little girl isn't eating them yet, but she has gummed at her share of select cuts.

For me food is so closely related to family it is hard to separate them.

OOOHHH--- you are Cheryl's sister, I sooo love her, and I just "met" she is funny and odd like me. I have to add you to my blogroll immediately. My most favorite thing to cook is such a hard question.. But in all honesty, I think I enjoy making Christmas cookie trays the best. I usually make between 15-20 types, out of those types, my favorites to make are czech walnut pastries, carrot cake sandwich cookies, and pecan jelly thumbprints. Thanks for the chanc to win.

Usually anything with pasta & or ham is my favorite.

But lately I've been craving plain old meatloaf. Nothing fancy - just hamburger, eggs, quick oats, ketchup, salt & pepper. With baked potatoes of some kind, mmmmmm. Food coma!
