Pumpkin Milkshake

Don’t you just love it when you make a recipe, have some left over and can turn it into something completely different? I sure do. We had some left over Harvest Pumpkin Dip and vanilla ice-cream, I’m sure you can figure out where this is going. I totally love Burgerville’s Pumpkin shakes, I get one every year. So this is my ode to Burgerville and our rendition of a pumpkin milkshake.

2/3 C. Harvest Pumpkin Dip (Recipe posted on 10-16-08)

3 C. Vanilla Ice-Cream

Milk (If Needed)

In a blender, place the ice-cream and pumpkin dip, blend until smooth and creamy. If it is too thick add a little milk and blend again. Pour into a fountain glass (or your favorite glass) add a straw and enjoy.
