Mall Style Cinnamon Rolls

I have been making these cinnamon rolls for the kids ever since they were little; they are 20 & 18 now. Wow that is a long time, I just made them for my husband for the first time and he loved them. These rolls are oh soooooo simple; if you make them I promise that you will love them too.

2 Lbs. Loaf of Rhoades Frozen Bread Dough
1/4 C. Butter
1/2 C. Sugar
1/2 C. Brown Sugar
2 Tbs. Cinnamon
1/2 C. Golden Raisins

Thaw bread dough and let it double in size, then punch it down. Roll the dough out so it will be large enough that when rolled you will get 9 large rolls. Spread the dough with the butter then mix the sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon & raisins together. Once mixed spread in an even layer on top of the butter, roll the dough length wise away from you. Cut into 9 sections and place them cut side up into a cooking sprayed 13x9 baking pan. Let rise for another 60 minutes then bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes or until they sound hollow when you thump them with your finger. Let the rolls cool completely before your frost them with a cream cheese frosting.

Cream Cheese Frosting

8 oz Cream Cheese (soft)
1/2 C. Butter
2 Tsp. Vanilla
2 C. Powder Sugar
1 Tbs. Milk

Mix all of the ingredients together until smooth, once smooth spread evenly on top of the cinnamon rolls.
