Maple Sausage Waffles

1 Roll Jimmy Dean Sausage (Maple Flavor)
1 Serving of Waffles (Follow box directions and amount you need for your family size)
4 Tbs. Maple Syrup
Drizzle a warm frying pan with a little EVOO (extra virgin olive oil) and break up the sausage into the pan. Add 2 Tbs of the maple syrup and cook over medium high until no longer pink and the sausage bits are nice and crispy. While the meat is cooking make your waffle batter adding the other 2 Tbs of maple syrup to the batter. Heat the waffle iron while the meat is cooling down. When the meat and batter are ready mix the two together and make the waffles. Turn the oven on to about 170 to keep the waffles warm.

Serve warm with butter & syrup
