You have seen before how I use a cake mix to make Snickerdoodle cookies, this time I found a wonderful cake mix at the store that just spoke to me. I love making cookies out of cake mixes simply because there is so many variations that can be done and also because it is so quick and easy. These cookies have so many flavors and the aroma that fills the house as they bake is amazing!
1 Box - Betty Crocker Cinnabon Decadent Supreme Cake Mix
2 Tsp. - Pure Vanilla
1/3 C. - Vegetable Oil
2 - Eggs
1 C. - Sun-Maid Golden Raisins
1 Tub - Betty Crocker Cream Cheese Frosting
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a bowl mix the vanilla, cake mix, oil, eggs, and mix until well combined, then add in the raisins and stir well. Using a small ice cream scoop about 1 inch place the cookie dough onto parchment lined baking sheets. Bake for 8-10 minutes until cookies are set and lightly golden in color. Remove baking sheet from the oven and let the cookies cool for about 2 minutes before you remove to completely cool on a wire rack. When the all of the cookies are cool frost each with cream cheese frosting and watch these mini cinnamon roll cookies disappear.
