Cheesy Double Beef Burrito

My husband and I found something new at Taco Bell that we have simply fell in LOVE with, they have a Cheesy Double Beef Burrito. All I can say is OMG Delish, this is the best tasting thing I have ever eaten for 99 cents. Whenever we are in a need of a cheap snack Taco Bell is are new go to place, this little burrito has so much flavor and texture with the beef, rice and cheese sauce. We love it so much we just had to try our hand at making our own version at home. It turned out great, Taco Bell still has the best but I think ours was a very close second.

1 Lbs. - Ground Hamburger
1 - .25oz. - Taco Bell Season Packet
1 - 10 3/4oz. Campbell's Fiesta Cheese Soup
1 - 10 3/4oz. Campbell's Cheddar Cheese Soup
½ - Red Onion (diced)
1 ½ C. - Cooked Rice
1 Tbs. - Chopped Garlic
Flour Tortilla Wraps
EVOO
Your favorite taco sauce or pico de gallo

Sauté the onion and garlic in the EVOO over medium high heat, remove from the pan and cook the meat. While the meat is cooking heat the soups in a pan over medium heat, stir occasionally. When the meat is cooked add the onion and garlic back into the pan and then add the taco season, (follow the package as to amount of water you will need), add your rice to your mixture. When the filling is ready, lay out a tortilla wrap and place down some of the meat mixture then top with a big ladle of the soup. Fold the ends in and roll up into a burrito. The filling is good enough to eat on its own; it’s that good that it can stand alone. I hope you enjoy these as much as we do.

My husband is such a sucker for anything taco bell so I'm sure he'd love this. But then again, for 99 cents, I may just get lazy and send him to taco bell instead :)

It's so funny how you like that burrito at Taco Bell. I was highly disappointed with it. I bet your version would be so much better. Just goes to show how everyone has different tastes. :)
