With St. Patrick's day only a few days away I had to start getting in the mood by making some totally delish Irish Red Potatoes. My kids loved it when I would make them every year for this holiday, in their minds it was not St. Patrick's day if I didn't make the cute little red taters for them. The kids and I are very much the same in the fact that certain foods only get made and eaten on particular holidays and you look forward to them all year long and it makes that dish even more special.
6 - 8 Lbs. - Red Taters
4 Tbs. - Room Temp. Butter
½ C. - Parsley
2 Tbs. - Johnny's Garlic Season
Boil the potatoes just until fork tender then drain and place them back in to the pot on low heat. Add the butter, parsley and garlic season then stir well to combine. Serve hot and enjoy.

Potatoes are my favorite comfort food and add the garlic seasoning puts them over the top!
Yum, those look good. I will be making potatoes also to go with my corned beef. Your seasonings sound wonderful!
I love red potatoes! I haven't had them in forever!
Oh, I like red spuds as often as I can get them!

Those look awesome!!
I love the garlic seasoning on these potatoes - very yummy!
Where do I get that Johnny's seasoning?
Oh, I've got to try this! I have some red potatoes that I wasn't sure how to use up, not to mention a huge bulk container of garlic seasoning. It sounds delicious.
