Baked JOJO's



5 Medium Baking Potatoes
1/3 Cup EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil)
3 Tbs. Garlic Powder
3 Tbs. Spice Depot JOJO seasoning
1 Gallon size Ziploc bag

Wash and Dry your Potatoes...Cut into fourths length wise. Place in ziploc bag with the EVOO and spices. Seal the bag with taking the air out of the bag. Shake and mix the potatoes with the evoo and spices too evenly coat. Place potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer while preheating the oven to 450 degrees. Bake for 40 mins.

Time and oven heat may vary.

Looks good I make those types of taters often, I had no idea there was such a thing as jo jo seasoning, where can I get it?

I have never heard of jojo's but the baked potato wedges look really good.
