1 Lbs. Peeled Apples cut into chunks ( I use Fuji )
1/4 C. Red Hot Candy
1/2 C. Water
2 Tbs. Lemon Juice
Put all ingredients into a sauce pan and bring to a boil, reduce the heat, cover and simmer for 20 min make sure you stir every few min. After 20 min use a potato masher to get the consistency you desire. Serve hot,cold or at room temp.
