Shrimp Puff
Another wonderful way to use the Shrimp Dip is too create Shrimp Puffs...They are quick and easy. The dip is just as awesome as a dip or a puff! Just take a small won ton wrapper and put about a teaspoon in the middle of the wrapper and seal the edges corner to corner (like a triangle) with water. Fold the corners into the center kind of folding it like an envelope. While preparing the won tons get your Deep Fryer heating up to 350 degrees (or in a deep frying pan, with enough oil in it too cover the won ton) In the deep fryer they cook fast, only about 1 to 1 1/2 minutes. You should try and roll the won tons in the oil to get both sides even.
